Talent Strategy: The True Ceiling of an Enterprise
In an increasingly competitive landscape, we recognize that an enterprise’s ceiling is never defined by products, technology, or resources—but by the depth of its talent pool. We need battle-ready performers on the front line, competent leaders at the mid-level, and strategic thinkers at the top. With this conviction, Nanxin Business School positioned its first training camp as a “critical battle” in our talent strategy—three days of high-intensity, high-impact empowerment for our core mid-level personnel and emerging talent, blending practical skills with management philosophy.

Program Highlights: Three Pillars, Progressive Depth, and Rich Content
Day 1 – Forging Spirit and Clarifying Direction

The morning began with an inspiring session by Mr. Wang Canji, President of the Disabled Persons’ Federation. Despite his physical challenges, he embodies extraordinary resilience and optimism, living by the creed that “strength comes from the heart.” His personal story of confronting adversity and refusing to be defined by limitations taught everyone the power of perseverance and the belief that “I am the root of all solutions.” In the afternoon, Assistant General Manager Liang delivered two sessions on “Life Positioning” and “Execution,” guiding participants to identify their own coordinates, map out clear life plans, and take full responsibility—to commit, to acknowledge, and to shoulder all outcomes. This first day laid a solid inner foundation, from spiritual grounding to action principles.
Day 2 – Sales Champions Unleashed
The entire day featured back‑to‑back presentations by our top sales practitioners:

-
Wang Kun, Group Sales Champion, shared his deep‑rooted experience in the Northern Vietnam market—how he moved clients with his drenched figure on rainy days, persisted in glue testing rain or shine regardless of deals, and exuded such confidence that a client once spotted him in his work uniform from his car, turned around, and picked him up on the spot.

-
Tang Xuesong, Cambodia Sales Champion, told how he consistently accompanied clients at fixed times and places, building habitual reliance and standing out from competitors through healthy rivalry—never letting a single opportunity slip.

-
Wang Feng, Senior Business Manager for China, introduced his “Client Tripod” theory and taught participants how to map out relationship networks, enabling sales teams to quickly identify breakthrough points and conquer targets layer by layer.

-
北越文员阿璃A Li, Northern Vietnam Clerk, expressed her long‑standing gratitude to the company, her meticulous work ethic, and her continuous learning across management, factory operations, customs, and taxation—showing that excellence can thrive even in supporting roles.

-
Chen Lei, Assistant to the Chairman and head of Quotation Department, first shared his own life planning and offered profound career guidance to young professionals, while also inspiring managers on how to mentor newcomers; he then systematically covered quotation knowledge and techniques, blending strategic insight with practical utility.
Day 3 – Technical Empowerment and Life Vision

The morning was dedicated to our technical experts—General Manager Fu delivered a session on chemical testing, building a systematic understanding of international standards including MRSL, RSL, EU standards, and Chinese national standards; Engineers Wen, Zeng, and Liu respectively presented their latest product R&D achievements; and Supervisor Wu (Quality Control) focused on application‑level knowledge and practical recommendations. The interactive Q&A session saw trainees actively posing numerous product‑related questions, creating an exceptionally vibrant learning atmosphere.

In the afternoon, Chairman Mark Zhou took the stage for the closing keynote on “Managing Your Life.” He encouraged everyone to read widely, keep learning, and continuously upgrade themselves—to take charge of their own lives, identify their true goals, and realize their unique value. This final lecture crowned the three‑day program with a profound philosophical elevation.
Multi‑Dimensional Gains: Cohesion, Direction, and Mindset Upgraded
The three days were meticulously interwoven, and for every participant the takeaways extended far beyond the notes they took—

-
For new joiners, it was a much‑needed compass. The real‑life trajectories of senior colleagues gave them a clear view of excellence standards, growth pathways, and where to channel their efforts.
-
对中层管理者For mid‑level managers, it was a breakthrough in thinking. Management isn’t about issuing orders—it’s about empowering others. The case studies helped them step outside their execution‑oriented perspectives and rethink their roles.
-
对整个组织For the entire organization, it was a forge for cohesion. Cross‑functional and cross‑departmental learning and dialogue brought everyone onto the same battlefield, fostering mutual understanding, recognition of each other’s value, and trust that grew organically through open conversation.

A Warm Interlude: Birthdays Under Candlelight
During the camp, two of our colleagues—Chen Zhiyong and Luo Jianxiao—celebrated their birthdays. The company prepared a heartfelt surprise: as candles flickered and the room united in singing “Happy Birthday,” the formal classroom instantly transformed into a warm family gathering. This spontaneous gesture of care was perhaps the truest expression of Nanxin’s people‑first philosophy.

A Grand Finale: Toasts and Lasting Camaraderie
After three days of training, all participants and instructors gathered for a celebratory dinner. Titles and hierarchies were left at the door; we raised our glasses as classmates, sharing stories, insights, and laughter. It was more than a meal—it was a bonding ritual that cemented the camaraderie of fellow warriors.
The first Internal Training Camp has drawn to a close, but the real journey of talent development has only just begun. Nanxin Business School will remain our “permanent academy”—a place where learning never ends, and where every Nanxin member is continuously empowered to grow.
