Company founded.
Established the DONGGUAN NANXIN headquarters and began preparations for brand development and factory construction.
Registered the “YIWEI” and “NANXIN” brands, and introduced the concept of eco-friendly spray adhesive.
Promoted water-based PU adhesive solutions.
Founded JISHUI NANXIN CHEMICAL CO.,LTD to prepare for the Jiangxi manufacturing facility.
Acquired land for an industrial park and established JIAN SCHINDLER TECHNOLOGIES CO., LTD.
Successfully developed Nanxin’s patented anti-bleeding series, providing an industry-leading solution to color bleeding in the footwear manufacturing process.
Expanded overseas with new subsidiaries in Cambodia,Vietnam and implemented a share-based reform.
Formed strategic partnerships with the Shanghai Chemical Research Institute and Jinggangshan University.
Established new production base in Indonesia, and founded the Pakistan subsidiary.
Completed construction of the administrative office building and R&D center at the JIAN SCHINDLER production base; commenced construction of the North Vietnam production facility.
